NestJS offers support to either RestAPI's, GraphQL and Microservices under the hood. It is also being used by several Enterprise companies such as Yara International and Agoro Carbon Alliance, as well as offering Enterprise support. Not that OvernightJS couldn't be awesome, but currently NestJS is being well adopted in the Industry.
